Lead Specialist, Leads Management

Through the Amazon Marketplace, Amazon provides individuals or enterprises the opportunity to sell their goods on the Amazon platform. Worldwide, more than a million sellers use this Marketplace and thereby contribute to the success of Amazon.
At Amazon International Seller Services, our mission is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools.
Leads Management is a central function across ISS which enables regional Seller recruitment teams in achieving their goals. Leads Management team owns - (a) lead generation & assignment, (b) lead prioritization, (c) process/metrics standardization and (d) automation.
As a Lead Associate you will
Work closely with the Account Management teams in generating high potential leads.
As part of daily work to generate leads, scrape large count of web pages to identify leads and review around 1k websites in detail to qualify them based on requirement and targets and assign leads to account managers using CRM platforms.
Support ad-hoc requests by stakeholders to facilitate effective leads management and seek feedback on qualification and assignments with a focus on improving quality.
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards within expected deadlines and service level standards.
Be willing to work with the sensitive data including adult content, religious and other sensitive issues.
Possess good written and verbal communication skill to effectively interact with internal/external stakeholders and drive business execution.
Ideal candidate should be able to handle the pressures of a dynamic environment and should be able to cope with the changes in SOPs and deliver timely results with high accuracy.
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.

- Bachelors degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
