Key job responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated Partner Manager to help deliver our product offerings solutions to sellers to succeed online. You should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to gather actionable insights. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to innovate with customers, influencing the product roadmap. You should be relentlessly customer focused agile to shape this business from zero to one
Your core responsibilities include:
Understand products and services offered by SmartBiz and articulate its features and benefits to our target partners enabling them to launch and scale sellers. On the other hand, be the eyes ears of the market to identify right insights product requirements.
Draft the partner ecosystem strategy and execute the same on ground
Pilot experiment with different Target group to propel their D2C growth.
Act as a SME for 1 or 2 areas of overall product from GTM to provide relevant insights influence the product roadmap. (Ex: Catalog set up, Seller Analytics etc. )
Be the growth enabler for partners by providing them the right inputs to increase their customer base and GMS.
Consistently innovate to improve efficiency post launch to ensure brands retain with Smart Commerce - 2+ years of sales experience
