Amazon - Senior Program Manager (4-16 yrs)

Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed program manager. We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager in India to help establish Amazon Transportation's last mile delivery as the preferred provider in this specific space. Internally, this leader will work directly with functions that cut across the organization, including technology, transportation, operations and customer service, to drive a great customer experience for our program.

Key job responsibilities:

- Ensure a best-in-class safety, quality and productivity metrics.

- Analyze key metrics from the operation of the program and implement initiatives to drive improvements including new technology developments.

- Optimize and standardize the delivery partner experience journey.

- Create strategy and take actions to develop delivery partner performance improvement with multiple stakeholders including Product, Technology, ACES, Service Level Standards, WW Program teams, Legal, PR, and Operations

- Lead and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders.
