The ideal talent will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools. Your missions Collaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs. Design and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility. Implement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams. Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Your profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio. In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields. Strong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Certification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory. Availability to join within 1-3 months.
