Role & responsibilities
Ensuring each client is replied to in a time bound manner.
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, Maintaining Flow from lead to order which includes: filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Ensuring daily sales report is filed by each sales person and is assessed whether the visit has taken place and expense is handed over in a time bound manner.
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events / exhibitions.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Candidates from Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Paint will be preferred.
