1.Tracking Focusing Hourly/Shift production by driving/supporting shift team in resolving problems for quick restoration of line/machine by coordinating with CFT 2.Fallowing the process specifications/work instructions to meet the product requirements 3.Tracking Hourly Rejections of shift resolving problems for eliminating continuous repeated defects generation 4.Maintain and Ensure Basic 5S in shift 5.Ensuring the right PPE usage and adhering to 100% compliance through out the shift 6.Ensuring the team participation in avenues like OPLS,slogons,posters,QCCTPM activites. 7.Daily monitoring the requirement vs section capacity planning to stop the process wherever required, by improving the efficiency
