Assistant Engineer - Maintenance- Electrical

1. Ensuring effective utilization of available resources ,Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

2. Preparing PM monthly schedules and circulate to PPC,QA Production departments and performing of PM activities for machines as per schedule and handover to production with in defined period.

3. Responding to Breakdown requests and ensure work completion on time to reduce the equipments down times

4. Preparation of why why analysis, root cause identification and permanent corrective action to avoid repetition of failures

5. Accountable for updating documentations like PM check sheets , JH check sheet , Break down reports and Machine wise spare consumption reports ---etc..

6. Monitoring of Spares, spare consumption on regular basis and maintain maintenance cost/ Battery with in defined target as well as stores inventory levels.

7. Issue of necessary safety health gadgets to all employees for safe working practices and AIM for Zero accidents.

8. Ensuring of engineering control effectiveness and identify the gaps on Unsafe Actions Unsafe Conditions and resolve on priority

9. Follow and implementing 5S ,QCC , suggestions and TPM concepts across the sections and Writing Handwritten OPL s for providing Basic awareness /Trouble shooting/Improvement for both production and maintenance personnels

10. Identifying the skill level of each operator and provide training either internal/external and relieve the manpower for trainings on regular basis

11. Training to be taken on upgraded equipments/latest versions from OEMs or external faculty and share the knowledge to related section operators through internal/external training programs.
