Asst. Engineer - Production

1. Achieving committed schedule compliance and reviewing on previous day compliance on daily 2. Ensuring the safety across the section and reviewing the status of the project related to safety 3. Reviewing the status of projects related to quality defects and production loss on weekly once 4. Reviewing target levels of 5S , QCC, suggestions , JH time reduction across the section 5. Encourage the operators to participate in Suggestions scheme, 5S, QCC etc. 6. Updation of skill matrix and ensure the team trainings compliance 7. Identify and implement the projects in bringing down the mfg cost
