Roles Responsibilities for Module Assembly Level Process Engineer:

1. Establish and Optimize Module Assembly Stages:

   • Design, implement, and continuously improve the assembly processes for all module assembly stages to ensure high efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Pallet Design and Development:

   • Design, test, and optimize pallets required for module assembly, ensuring proper handling, transport, and safety during the assembly process.

3. Setting Up Process Parameters:

   • Define, set, and calibrate process parameters for the module assembly process, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.

4. Vendor Coordination for Functional Testers:

   • Work closely with 3rd-party vendors to develop and implement functional testers, ensuring they meet the required performance standards for module testing.

5. Perform Gauge RR and Applicable Stages:

   • Conduct Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (RR) studies at applicable stages of the process to validate measurement systems and ensure accuracy in testing and process control.

6. Prepare and Release Process and Product Documentation:

   • Create and release necessary process and product-related documents for new projects, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure smooth introduction of new products to the assembly line.

7. Process and Product Audits:

   • Conduct scheduled process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and internal requirements, reporting findings and corrective actions where applicable.

8. Liaise with Production Team:

   • Collaborate with the production team to resolve daily line issues related to process corrections, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth production flow.

9. Corrective Actions for Customer Complaints:

   • Actively contribute to analyzing customer complaints, identifying root causes, and deriving corrective actions to avoid recurrence, ensuring improved product quality and customer satisfaction.

10. Creating Process Layouts:

    • Design and optimize process layouts for the module assembly line, ensuring efficient use of space, resources, and equipment for maximum productivity.

11. Packaging Specifications for Finished Goods (FG):

    • Prepare and document packing specifications for finished goods, ensuring proper packaging, handling, and storage requirements for delivery.

12. Traceability Documentation (Sticker):

    • Prepare and maintain sticker traceability documents to track and manage the traceability of components and finished products throughout the assembly process.
