• Strong knowledge of physical education principles, including anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
  
• 3-5 years of experience as a yoga teacher or instructor.
  
• Ability to teach various types of yoga styles (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa Flow) using different props (e.g., blocks, straps).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective instruction and class management.
  
• Certification from a reputable organization such as Yoga Alliance or equivalent.
