Job Description
- Experience in SMT /PTH Process and AOI validation
- Experience in Handling line Process issues and non-conformance
- Response to customer queries/ complaints with necessary actions
- Experience in Preparing monthly quality reports.
- Experience in Handling of ECN implementation and monitoring
- To provide training to team members and ensure effectiveness of the same
- Responsible for evaluation and qualify the new joiners with OJT.
- Ensure shift should run smoothly without any quality issues.
- Responsible for reduction of process waste
- Day to day issues process issues to be addressed with cross functional team.
- Responsible for plant compliance with Equipment calibration plan Vs Actual.
- Responsible for ISO documentation
- Responsible for ensuring Equipment /machine calibration/Maintenance validity.
- Knowledge and hands on experience on ESD standards.
- Experience on preparing 8D s
- Detail plan on control plan and FMEA mandatory
- Experience on Special process approval like Soldering, new product and process validation.
- Team management and work allocation
- Shift coordination and smooth flow of shift quality operations.
