Sr. Manager - Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Define strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals to set clear direction for the team.
• Drive the execution of projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for impactful outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align efforts throughout implementation.
• Regularly update stakeholders with project insights and strategic recommendations, fostering transparency and securing buy-in.
• Establish and track KPIs to assess and enhance strategy effectiveness through data-driven improvements.
• Create and present reports that convey key insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts that could affect the business.
• Track strategic initiative progress to continuously optimize execution and impact.
• Constructively evaluate business and functional team assumptions, scenarios, and constraints.

Qualifications:

• MBA from a Tier 1 business school. (ISB, IIMs or equivalent) + Graduation in any field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields
• Proven experience in the energy and mobility sectors
• Expertise in working with executive level stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
