Plc Programmer

Job Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of handling control panels, reading wiring diagrams and understanding control logic.

2. PLC wiring and IO loop testing / troubleshooting

3. Knowledge and use of sensors, PID Controllers, panel instruments.

4. Parameter settings on VFDs, Controllers, HMI, panel instruments.

5. Understanding of instrumentation P&ID diagrams, knowledge of sizes and working experience on pipe fittings, tubing, adaptors, ball valves.

6. Replacement of panel parts and testing panels as per functionalities, interlocks.

7. Wire termination, cable laying and soldering wires/connectors/parts.

8. Installing PC applications, configuration, Using PC hardware,

9. Uploading PLC and HMI program thru PC application

10. Calibration of PID controllers/ Indicators and sensors.

11. calibration of instruments like Temp Sensor, pressure Sensor Etc.

12. electrical knowledge of Motor, MCB, Contractor, Relays or other electrical components used in electrical panel.

13. knowledge of trouble shooting chemical and pharma equipment control panel

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical / Instrument Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience
