Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery industry).
Strong understanding of retail operations, including store management systems.
Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate team members towards achieving goals.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
