Skill:
Proficient in equipment fabrication and mechanical plant work (e.g., pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and cutting machines).
General knowledge of inspection, installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.
Familiarity with ordering spare parts and equipment.
Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills for mechanical systems.
Knowledge of electrical drawings and basic electrical systems.
Ability to handle plumbing tasks as required.
Role:
Perform fabrication and maintenance tasks for plant machinery and equipment

Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure smooth operation

Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes

Lead and train team members for efficient plant operations.
