Job Description
Experience: 8-12 years of experience as a Refrigeration Compressor Service Engineer, with expertise in handling Kirloskar & Sabroe Compressors, pipelines, fittings, and valves in food processing/manufacturing industries
Skill:
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration Plants and HVAC systems
Proficient in operation, inspection, and maintenance of compressors (e.g., Kirloskar, Sabroe) and chamber equipment such as vacuum pumps, water pumps, condensers, and evaporators
Mechanical aptitude with experience in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings
Expertise in ammonia line fabrication, structural work, and pipeline installations.
Experience in spares replacement and maintenance of compressors like KC-31, Sabroe 90KW, and cooling tower systems
Role:
Oversee and maintain ammonia refrigeration compressors and related utility systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Conduct compressor services and spares replacement for various equipment
.
Fabricate ammonia pipelines and manage structural work
.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of chillers, cooling towers, and evaporative condensers.
