Job Description
- Working experience in the field of rotating equipments like fans, rotary / reciprocating compressors, air preheaters, rotary / reciprocating pumps
- Carryout Engineering calculations for couplings, bearings, flexible / expansion joints, electrical actuators, oil units
- Knowledge in geometrical dimensioning and tolerance
- Knowledge in material selection, knowledge on national & international standards for material, rotating Equipaments
- Preparing specifications for bought out components, review offers received from supplier, interacting with supplier for doubts and clarifications
- Preparing general arrangement drawings for customer
- Review of detailed manufacturing drawings for fabrication components and rotating components, to be used for production
- Visiting customer site and carryout analysis and troubleshooting the issues
- Knowledge vibration and balancing of rotating equipments
- Worked in team to deliver the task with stipulated time
