Trainer / Audit

Role & responsibilities

• Design and create training materials, workshops, and on-the-job training programs tailored to different roles, including associates and shift managers.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding roadmaps for new hires to ensure they are well-prepared to meet Amadora's operational and customer service standards.
• Lead hands-on training sessions for new and existing staff, focusing on areas such as customer service, store operations, health and safety, product knowledge, and leadership skills for shift managers.
• Track the progress of trainees through regular assessments, feedback sessions, and performance reviews, ensuring they are on track to meet company expectations.
• Provide targeted training for shift managers, focusing on leadership skills, team management, and efficient store operations.
• Collaborate with store managers and senior leadership to identify training gaps and update programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to store expansion.
• Ensure that all team members are trained on and adhere to standard operating procedures, including customer interactions, POS operations, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist with training and development as Amadora expands into new regions, ensuring consistency in service and operations across all locations.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in training roles within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food service industry, with a focus on associate and shift manager training.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, including creating roadmaps for new hires and developing leadership skills for management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
• Ability to assess training needs, track progress, and implement improvements.
• In-depth knowledge of QSR operations, including customer service, food safety, and team management.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations as well as Chennai - Bengaluru as needed.
