Business Development Manager (US Sales)

Job Description :

• Cold call as appropriate within US market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Will be working for international business development (US) for Healthcare services
• Acquiring potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leverage your network.
• End to End Sales experience (Data mining, Cold calling to deal closure)
• Individual Contributor Role
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies practice leaders/Principals.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Criteria :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDM in handling US region/market (The last experience has to be that)
• Best salary + performance based commission
• Basic attitude and thought process
• Excellent communication (Written & Verbal) and presentation skills
• Willing to work in US shifts
• Work from office

Shift Timings - 6:30pm to 3:30am

Fixed Saturday / Sunday Off.
