Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Alyke, a leading technology company in the social and friendship application domain. Our product leverages modern technology stacks including NodeJS, ReactNative, and DevOps practices with Kubernetes and Docker for deployment automation.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your expertise in project management methodologies and tools, combined with a deep understanding of software development and infrastructure management, will drive the success of our tech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and implementation of project workstreams, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resources required.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.

- Establish and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to report on progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating feedback into project management practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is good to have.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within a technical environment, preferably in a tech or software development company.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from start to finish.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).

Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with cross functional teams.

- Deep understanding of modern software development practices and technologies, including NodeJS, ReactNative, DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
