Job Summary :

We're in search of a Frontend Team Lead well-versed in React Native, React.js, other modern frontend technologies, with a proven track record in leading development teams to create responsive, cross-platform applications.

The ideal candidate will not only lead development efforts but also champion best practices in code quality, security, and unit testing to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Spearhead the frontend development team, encouraging a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Develop mobile applications using React Native, focusing on performance and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.

- Lead the development and maintenance efforts for our public website, ensuring a cohesive user experience that aligns with our brand.

- Manage deployments to app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store), overseeing optimization, compliance, and release cycles.

- Advocate for and implement best practices in code quality, including adherence to secure coding standards, regular code reviews, and the use of static code analysis tools.

- Ensure comprehensive coverage of unit and integration tests, fostering a test-driven development (TDD) culture within the team.

- Stay updated on the latest trends in frontend development, pushing for the adoption of innovative technologies and frameworks that can elevate our projects.

- Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and innovative solutions.

- Mentor team members, guiding their professional development and enhancing their technical skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of leading teams in developing and scaling global products.

- Demonstrable leadership experience in frontend development, with a portfolio showcasing successful mobile and web projects.

- Expertise in React Native, React.js, with a solid grasp of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.

- Solid experience in implementation of in app purchase of both appstore and playstore.

- Experience with app store deployments, release management, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong understanding of security best practices in mobile and web development, including familiarity with OWASP standards and secure data handling.

- Proficient in implementing unit testing frameworks and promoting a TDD environment.
