Program/Project Manager Cloud Technologies (Client Servicing Role)

Role Summary

The Program/Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing and Android application development. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of programs, ensuring the alignment of client expectations with technical execution, and fostering collaboration across teams. The Program Manager will be instrumental in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software while proactively managing risks and optimizing resource utilization.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Program Execution

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of Project/programs focused on Cloud Computing and Android Application Development.
• Define program goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.

2. Client Engagement

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client requirements are met effectively.
• Provide regular program updates, risk assessments, and solutions to ensure transparency and trust.
• Advocate for client priorities while balancing internal team capacities and project timelines.

3. Technical Oversight

• Ensure that solutions align with best practices in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Android Development (Kotlin, Java, Jetpack).
• Review technical designs and approaches to ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Support teams in navigating technical challenges and adapting to evolving requirements.

4. Team Coordination

• Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Android Developers, and engineering leads to align program execution with goals.
• Foster effective communication across cross-functional teams, including design, development, and QA.
• Resolve resource constraints and other bottlenecks to maintain productivity and efficiency.

5. Quality and Risk Management

• Collaborate with QA teams to maintain high-quality standards for program deliverables.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, addressing challenges in cloud architecture, Android frameworks, or other technical areas.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and performance benchmarks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience, including:
• 5+ years in software development with a focus on Cloud Computing and/or Android Application Development.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management with successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in Cloud Computing technologies, including deployment, scalability, and security on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Android application development, including experience with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android frameworks.

Leadership Skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and make data-driven decisions under pressure.

Communication

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in at least one additional language is advantageous.

Travel

• Willingness to travel to meet program requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
