This opportunity is for that high achieving individual who will be responsible for the next phase of Altudo s growth by driving business and strategic account growth. He/She will run a Hi-potential sales team that resells over 2/3 unicorn SAAS products (and counting) and close to 300 customers. The team is growing at 100% year-over-year and is expected to have the same growth in the next two years. You will be running a business that is in the business of
sales!
The individual will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching and managing strategy for sales team in order to achieve team goals and targets. You will ensure the sales team has all the ongoing sales, product, operational training and resources including the proven sales book to set you and your team up for success.

The compensation will be fixed base + uncapped commissions.
Core responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition by leading an acquisition team with cutting edge go-to market strategies for
over Asana product .
Define and execute the strategic vision and plan to expand and develop business by wining new logos.
Manage relationship with partner HQs bulid high quality pipeline with proper qualification (MEDDICC).
Conducting weekly forecast meetings, deal review, 1:1 mentoring direct reporte on strategies to drive
closure by intimately involved in deals
Reporting on all aspects of financial health of the business to senior sales management
Identifying ways to innovate our sales model (demos, inbound, outbound), including product
demonstrations, automation of manual tasks, and implementing change with marketing & product team
Consistently supervising sales efficiency by building dashboards and reports, and analyzing customer data
through win loss analysis.
Requirements Understanding of the CX and martech platforms
Proven successful B2B SaaS sales management experience
Proven expertise in selling to communities like marketing and products
Strong experience and ability to define GTM for the products.
Proven ability to meet $1 mn+ quota
Proven track record for closing mid and large size deal($ 10k-$50K).
Experience building high performance teams and working with partners and distributors.
Must be analytical and results orientated through all stages of the sales cycle, Passionate about training early career reps, with a consistent record of building a great working environment.
