Junior Associate

As a Junior Associate in the Solution Pitch & Sales Enablement team, you will develop critical skills in delivering persuasive client presentations, defining tailored solutions, and converting customer interactions into meaningful opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about storytelling, value communication, and building strong client relationships to drive sales success..

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client pain points, objections, and requirements to craft compelling solution pitches.
• Assist in defining tailored solutions for prospects based on their needs and business goals.
• Use storytelling techniques to create relatable and impactful narratives that resonate with clients.
• Participate in sales calls to engage prospects, communicate value propositions, and address objections effectively.
• Build rapport with clients to convert conversations into appointments and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine engagement strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
• Work closely with mentors and team leads to refine your approach to client interactions.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills in sales strategy, customer engagement, and value communication

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can present ideas with clarity and confidence.
• Storyteller: You can craft narratives that inspire and build trust with clients.
• Quick Learner: You are eager to learn, adapt to new challenges, and develop expertise in client engagement and sales enablement.
• Problem Solver: You thrive in identifying client pain points and delivering solutions that address their unique needs.
• Team Player: You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and value shared success.
• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Freshers are welcome).
• Strong interest in sales, storytelling, and customer engagement.
• Previous internship or academic experience in sales or customer interaction is a plus but not required.
