Job Description
- Associate should have basic knowledge about US residential construction project coordination.
- Work within the client s platform to pull key information to document communication and setup new projects in the Altisource management tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain necessary documentation required to complete the initial project setup, bid scope documentation and approved scope processes.
- Track and update project purchases to their respective work orders.
- Review site inspection photographs to confirm progress % on jobs and document in Altisource management tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential)
- Ability to work independently with high level of focus attention to detail (Essential)
- Ability to maintain high rate of accuracy and productivity as well as the ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast past environment (Essential).
- Experience using Equator or other project management platforms (Desired)
- High Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired)
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
- Experience in Bid review
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a focus on timely comple
