IT Business Analyst - Insurance (Remote)

Looking to hire Business Analysts (Insurance) for remote (Work from home) positions.

Role & responsibilities

• Work as a bridge between business and development teams
• Collect requirements from the business team and work with the development team for implementation
• Update / configure insurance products in the application to meet business requirements
• Should be able to handle projects when needed

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze user requirements/scenarios for U.S. Insurance companies
• Analyze, validate and document requirements specifications.
• Prioritize work requirements
• Write proper acceptance criteria
• Write Test Cases to ensure that it incorporates all business requirements
• Work with developers to make sure business requirements are met
• Configure/Update insurance products in the application to meet business requirements
• Refine and execute test conditions

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ Years of Business Analysis experience working in Software Industry
• Excellent English written, verbal & communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Customer management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Basic Coding and / or IT background is an advantage
• Previous experience working with Insurance companies and /or US clients is a plus
• Flexibility to work in US shifts. 2:30pm to 11pm
