Job Title: Business Analyst
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Work Location: Vadodara (Hybrid)
Shift Timings - 12:30 pm - 9:30 PM IST
Key Skills: Business Analyst, API, API Design, API testing,

Must Have:
- 5-10 years of experience in a business analyst or related role, ideally with a focus on APIs or platform products, with substantial involvement in software development projects.

- Strong understanding of API design principles, RESTful protocols, webhooks, authentication methods, and token-based authorization.

- Hands-on experience working with API testing tools such as Postman and familiarity with API documentation standards.

- Ability to write clear and comprehensive product requirements, including endpoint structures, payloads, and error responses.

Key Responsibilities:
Specify and document API requirements, including endpoint structure, request and response formats, authentication methods, error handling, and rate limiting.
Design and document API flows for custom integrations between software products, ensuring robust and efficient solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.
Utilize Postman to review, test, and troubleshoot API endpoints, ensuring integrations function as expected and meet quality standards.
Collaborate closely with software development teams, facilitating smooth communication and mutual understanding of technical requirements.
Write clear, comprehensive API documentation, including specifications, technical details, and guidelines for usage.
