targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization. Sales
Team takes charge of generating the business for the company, which
includes forming interpersonal relationships with clients and channel
partners for generation of valid requirements and then with knowledge
and skills convert that requirement into actual paying customers for
the company.

Leading Independent Sales
of bigger ticket sizes.
Management and Monitoring all of the Sales Team and their
targets.
Helping out Founders and
Management in Target Projection and Achievement through
team
Implementing and innovating new
processes along with smooth implementation of Sales
Cycle
Leading the Sales Department
keeping Managements goals and aim in
Sync.
Taking AltFs brand name
across various channel partners and generation of Deals
through the network
Managing and
being Responsible for Leading Sales Target for Every Team
member
Helping Team form own Channel
Partner Network
Keep themselves
updated with Inventory Status at all times and reach high
occupancy across centers.
Generation of Deals via Network and
Corporates
Handling end to end sales
cycle:
Maintain a good pipeline of
prospective leads and clients for themselves as well as team
members.
Sending proposals to the
client with necessary workspace details
Assisting the client to visit the site and showing the
available options
Finalizing the
deal and contractual agreement/paperwork
Completing On-boarding formalities
Building sales strategies, templates, processes and
automating the sales procedure.
Building a good broker and IPC network for accelerated sale
conversions.
Map prospective
Enterprise & Strategic Growth accounts around
organizational structure, people and potential real
estate/workplace needs.
Driving
Sales & focusing on generating new sales, whilst growing
and retaining existing customers by delivering exceptional
customer service.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in RICS/ real estate/ or
similar.
Experience of leading a
team and working with top management of a
company.
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English.
Experience in CoWorking and Commercial Real Estate
(Transactions / leasing Manager) is a must.
Network of Channel Partners and Corporate
Clients
Experience in customer
account management.
Good
communication and convincing skills.
Ability to connect to young startups, SMEs, corporates and
should be good in building relationships.
