About the Job:

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida with Altezzasys INC.

The role focuses on overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of IT staffing services while managing multiple teams and programs effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations.

- Oversee program and project management activities to ensure timely and successful outcomes.

- Manage and mentor teams to maximize efficiency and performance.

- Provide consulting expertise to optimize staffing processes and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
