Art Tech Group - Delivery Manager (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to align project deliverables with business objectives.

- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and optimizing project processes using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Leverage extensive experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

- Champion DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.

- Design and implement robust solutions, considering system architecture and scalability.

- Utilize project management tools like JIRA and MS Project effectively to track progress, manage resources, and mitigate risks.

- Identify and proactively address potential project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

- Foster a culture of knowledge transfer within the team, ensuring continuous learning and development.

- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage stakeholders and navigate project complexities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e. , CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.

- In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their practical application in project management.
