AWS Support Engineer - IAC Terraform (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Support Engineer for a 24/7 support window to provide technical assistance, guidance, and consultation to our Japanese-speaking clients, focusing on AWS best practices.

- The ideal candidate will be proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, and Cloud Formation, with a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.

- Experience with Linux/Unix or Windows server administration, containerization, and orchestration (especially with Docker and Kubernetes, including AWS EKS), and monitoring tools like Cloud Watch, Nagios, and Datadog is essential.

- The role requires expertise in networking and security best practices such as IAM, KMS, and security groups.

- Candidates should be native or fluent in Japanese (N3 level or higher) and have business-level proficiency in English, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience for junior roles and 3-5 years for more senior positions.
