Customer Support Representative

(US Voice Process)- The role involves managing customer relationships for a logistics and supply chain company. Key tasks include answering customer inquiries, handling inbound/outbound calls, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and customer queries.
• Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
• Update customers on transit issues.
• Handle emails and update data across portals.
• Maintain detailed call records.
• Updating comments on each call.

Other Requirement:

• Should have good communication (written and verbal)
• Should be comfortable for any shift.
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment.

• Location: This position is open to candidates currently residing in Mumbai. Applicants from other locations will not be considered.
