Designation: Customer Support Executive
Location: Kolkata (Mahakaran Metro Station)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Job involves assisting client to solve their queries on operation of software.
- Doing backend editing work into the software as per client requirement.
- Updating CRM.
- Maintaining good customer relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of South Indian Language (Any) Mandatory-Kannada,Telugu,Tamil,Malayalam
- Very good communication in Any South Indian Language plus English and Hindi.
- Any Graduates can apply
- Microsoft Windows knowledge in Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Basic Computer compulsory.
- Prior experienced into Voice process.
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED.
- Candidates from West Bengal should only apply.
Remuneration: Salary Max 25000/- per month
