Role & responsibilities

• Ensures train performance fulfils customer and regulatory requirements, in compliance with project Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectives.
• Develops a consistent set of train level requirements &specifications, complying with Alstom standards
• Is accountable of the source requirements synthesis (RBS), the train level performance requirementsdevelopment through system architecture and of their allocation to sub-systems.
• Supports System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers and ensures that Sub-Systems design is convergingtoward specifi c targets.
• Is accountable for Train Reliability, for Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), for Cybersecurity, for Validation andEngineering contribution to Certifi cation & Authorization.
• Ensure consistency and compatibility between all Sub-system specifi cations
• Review and confi rm Sub-system architecture and support Chief of Development for technical arbitration andtechnical risk mitigation plan
• Supports Sub-system Engineers and Managers and verifi es along project life cycle convergence towardrequirements and specifi cations compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• Education qualification from Mechanical or electrical group with 12 - 20 Years of experinece into vehicle development.
• knowledge on system integration, vehicle packaging, mechnical design and software control topics.
• looking for railway domiain experts with knowledge on Climate comforts or HVAC, Traction & Engergy systems, Pantograph, Passenger Doors, Battery systems, Requirement management.
