Relationship Manager - Consumer Financing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to coordinate finance-driven sales strategies and optimize business performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales, merchant acquisition, and financial coordination to drive business growth and ensure seamless financial operations across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong coordination between financial organizations, retailers, and sales managers to facilitate seamless business operations.
• Develop and enhance financing partnerships with banks and NBFCs to drive consumer financing solutions.
• Work closely with key account managers and sales teams to integrate financial solutions into business strategies.
• Drive merchant onboarding and ensure active participation in financial programs to boost transactions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of financial institutions, retailers, and sales teams to optimize utilization of financing facilities.
• Serve as a facilitator between retailers, financial institutions, consumers, and internal sales teams to resolve financing-related challenges.
• Lead and mentor regional finance coordinators, providing strategic guidance and performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies for financing solutions in the consumer durables, mobile, furniture, and two-wheeler segments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in financial coordination, sales strategy, and merchant acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to drive business collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including banks, retailers, and sales teams.
• Hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, market penetration, and business development.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for tracking financial performance and market trends.
• Experience in handling a team of field officers and sales managers to drive results.
• Knowledge of consumer financing processes and best practices.
