Job description

Sales Manager

• Appointment of distributors to cover the entire geography of the addressable market for consumer electronics products.
• Driving the sales performance of the distributor.
• Create and sustain a dealer network - from the residential AV sector - dealers, Audio Video system integrators.
• Build a network of high-end retail dealers
• Retailer outlet placement of all models.
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
• Keep information on competition activities and new launches.
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by brands, new product sell-through, and offer code performance
• Identify - conduct / arrange training for SI teams and dealers
• Build relationships with key architects

Desirable:

• You have a Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
• You have prior experience in a similar role. Preferably from Consumer electronics, Consumer Appliances, High-end Kitchen Appliances, Channel sales - luxury goods, lighting companies,
• You possess a solid understanding of the distribution ecosystem.
• You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple partners in a fast-paced highly competitive market environment.
• You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
