Manager - AV Editorial

The Manager will oversee the entire Audio-Video Editorial Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, aligned with institutional goals, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:- Plan, assign, and supervise AV projects, ensuring timely delivery.- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand content needs.- Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress.- Maintain budgets for equipment, software, and production resources.- Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional policies.- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing video content quality and reach.- Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members.- Report team activities and project outcomes to the institution's leadership.

Skills Required:- Leadership and project management skills.- Strong understanding of video production workflows and tools.- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.- Ability to foster a creative and productive team environment.

Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related fields. MBA or management qualifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum 58 years of experience in video production, team management, or content creation, preferably in the education sector.
