- Maintain Books of accounts viz. Cash, Ledger, Purchase
- Attach GRN, P.O and Challan etc. with bill & write bill no. and date on GRN.
- Verification of purchase bill, attaching G.R.N, purchase/ work order & all items related to the documentation of purchases.
- Prepare statement of services Tax
- Maintain unpaid bill file.
- Prepare debit note & entry in Tally.
- To receive & make calls to vendors for communication.
- Responsible for Service Tax refund
- Bank E-payment, Purchase Bill and JV Entry
- Bank Reconciliation, Bank Receipt & Bank Charges
- TDS & GST Calculation
- Petty Cash and Cash Book entries
- Tally Software knowledge is must
