Team Lead

Position Overview:

We are offering a Return ship Program for women with a career break of 2+ years. The Team Leader will manage a team of frontline specialists, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and team performance. This role includes coaching, mentoring, and process improvements to drive team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and evaluate team performance. Recommend promotions, merit increases, or terminations.
• Operational Management: Monitor workflows, plan resources, and meet performance targets.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate training for team growth.
• Recruitment: Assist in hiring by interviewing and recommending candidates.
• Process Improvement: Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in people management.
• Experience in insurance preferred but open to other industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in contact center operations.
