Overview:.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the City Head in overseeing clinic operations across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment..

Responsibilities:.

Team Support and Coordination:.

Assist in managing a team of 40+ members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing team queries..

Support the City Head in monitoring team performance and conducting periodic evaluations..

Facilitate communication between team members and the City Head, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals..

Operations Management:.

Aid in streamlining processes and optimizing resources to improve clinic efficiency..

Assist in the implementation and adherence to operational policies and procedures..

Conduct regular checks to ensure clinics operate in line with set standards..

Clinic Oversight:.

Work closely with the City Head to oversee the functioning of 15-20 clinics, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to operational protocols..

Monitor performance metrics such as patient experience, feedback, and clinic reviews, providing insights and recommendations to the Operations Manager..

Learning & Development (L&D):.

Coordinate with the City Head to plan and execute training programs for team members..

Help foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development..

Experience and Skills.

Essential:.

1+ years of experience in operations or similar roles, preferably in healthcare or a related industry..

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail..

Hands-on experience in supporting the management of large teams and multiple business units..

Preferred:.

Familiarity with clinic or regional operations management..

Strong interpersonal and communication skills..

Willingness to travel to different clinic locations as needed..
