We are currently seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team, specializing in recruiting H1 Transfer candidates within the US staffing industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and recruit H1 Transfer candidates for various IT roles.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other networking sites to source and connect with potential candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively meet client needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the US staffing industry.
• Proven expertise in recruiting H1 Transfer candidates.
• Strong experience with job boards, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
