Looking for Total 6 8-years experience based at Nariman point office.
Compensation & benefit: Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management. Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our companys strategy and business goals. Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc). Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
PMS: Collaborating with leadership to design or update a performance management system that aligns with organizational goals and values. Goal Setting- Assisting managers and employees in establishing clear, measurable, and achievable performance objectives using methods like SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals. Encouraging a culture of ongoing feedback where managers and peers provide real-time feedback rather than only during formal review periods. Tracking performance metrics. Gathering feedback from employees and managers on the effectiveness of the PMS. Staying updated on performance management trends and best practices to continuously enhance the system and reports related to PMS.
Reward and Recognition: Linking performance to compensation (e.g., bonuses, salary increases, promotions) and ensuring fair and transparent reward systems. Implementing non-monetary recognition programs.
Exit and Retention: Conducting exit interviews to understand the reasons for employee departures and gathering feedback to improve organizational practices. Ensuring competitive salaries, bonuses, and benefits that align with industry standards and employee expectations. Establishing clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, and recognizing good performance to ensure job satisfaction Analysing data on turnover to identify trends and address retention challenges before they lead to higher attrition. Share weekly retention tracker.
HR Administration: handle various administrative tasks within the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases, and preparing HR reports.
Will be involved in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrolment, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Will be accountable for HR Connects could refer to digital platforms or systems that facilitate communication and engagement between HR departments and employees.
Employee Relations and Communication: One should be able to conduct HR Connects to foster positive employee relations and communication within employee and employer. This might include initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, town hall meetings, focus groups, or other communication channels aimed at gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and building a sense of community among employees.
