Conga CLM Administrator - Process Developer/AM

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

The sales support team is in charge of fostering profitable growth in the local Business Units and Global functions, supporting Sales function via better tooling, processes and training. The Sales Support Team is the home of the Salesforce application as the collaboration tool for Sales with adjacent functions, such as Legal, Compliance and Underwriting.
The person would be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the roll-out and maintenance of Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management Tool). The person would report to Manager in Financial Shared Services (FSS) and take direction from a Manager in Global office. This is a global role so the candidate would be supporting the Europe, US, WELAM and APAC regions. Conga CLM is integrated with Salesforce application. So, the person will also work closely with the Salesforce administration team (part of Global Sales Support team).
