Lead-Workplace Services

• Expert level knowledge and experience of administration and management of Active Directory and group policy management .
• Excellent knowledge in Vulnerability Patching in Desktop , Windows, Applications & Configurations
• Technical & Practical experience of using and administering management tools such as WSUS, Citrix Desktop Director, AppSense and CA Console
• Practical experience administering virtualisation technologies such as HyperV or VMware
• Experience in Vulnerability Management tools especially Qualys
• Knowledge of client side security technology such as Windows firewall, WDAC.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now, Remedy

Good MS Office knowledge specially MS Excel & Power Point
