Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with alliance partners, including regular communication and collaboration. Performance Tracking : Monitoring and evaluating the performance and outcomes of alliance partnerships, measuring success against predefined metrics and goals. Joint Business Planning : Collaborating with alliance partners to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies.
