Purpose:
- To develop & implement Marketing strategies on branding, customer engagement, campaigns, marketing material, etc and meeting the Sales Targets.
Responsibility:
- Marketing.
- Develop Monthly / Quarterly /Yearly sales Target based on the past history and market trend.
- Develop Sales strategy based on the past data & forecasting and encouraging those strategies within the team.
- Research and Analyze of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Based on sales strategy and target develop Sales Visit Plan.
- Responsible to review and authorize every Sales tour expense of his / her team based on the travel policy of the company.
- Responsible to develop client relationships to ensure maintaining and enhancing client portfolio.
- Develop plan to expand the market presence and penetrate more market.
- Develop & implement marketing plan & roadmap of all the activities for entire year along with the possible dates.
- Ensure effective implementation of Marketing literature in the market as well as track the schedule of marketing activities.
- Periodically review order status within the company and help other departments to prioritize the orders to enable company to fulfill order effectively.
- Ensure customers happiness by resolving all complains and queries on timely and effective manner.
- On timely basis track all Sample order and coordinate effectively with all concern authority to enable timely Sample order fulfillment.
- Ensure timely collection from customers based on company's policy by taking regular follow ups.
- Periodically Reconciliation of customer's account to ensure no ambiguity remains.
- Based on market movement and internal policy modification, periodic review and change of sales price of products in consultation with management.
- Review competence of subordinates.
- Periodically review and submit Departmental progress updates to the management.
- Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable based on ISO requirement.
- Ensure that departmental objectives are met and necessary corrective actions are initiated in case any gap is observed.
- Review and ensure that all the activity of the department is being done considering the Sales.
- Department Budget.
