Skills Required:

• Source Candidates using different channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
• Keep an organized database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Help new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Co-ordinate office activities and events, oversee daily office operations, assist HR in maintaining employee records
