Student Counsellor - MBA Freshers(Female)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Admissions Support:
   
• Assist prospective students in understanding the application, enrollment, and admission processes.
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, course offerings, campus life, and support services.
• Guide students through application forms, entrance exams, and any required documentation.
• 2.Counseling and Guidance:
  
• Offer individual counseling sessions to discuss academic interests, career goals, and personal aspirations.
• Help students identify the best-fit program based on their qualifications and interests.
• Follow up with prospective students via email, phone, or in-person to check on application progress and provide any needed assistance.
• Offer guidance on preparing for the transition to campus life (e.g., accommodation, transportation, and student life).
• 3.Coordinating with Admissions Team:
  
• Work closely with the admissions team to ensure the smooth processing of applications and supporting documents.
• Help identify potential challenges or gaps in the admissions process, providing feedback for improvement.
2. Confidentiality & Support:
   
• Maintain confidentiality in handling student information and personal concerns.

Must have Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
