Product Validation Engineer

As a Product Validation Engineer at Allegro Microsystems, you will be part of a development team for new and innovative mixed signal semiconductor devices. You will lead evaluation and validation of the product performance to the specs and the customer requirements throughout the development process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the product validation requirements

• Prepare Validation plan document and develop testcases using Python script.

• Execute the validation tests on silicon across PVT corners, debug the issue and report them to designer.

• Generate Validation reports based in the silicon results.

• Work with System, ATE Test & Design engineering teams for Silicon review closure

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech/M.Tech degree in ECE/EEE/VLSI/Embedded or equivalent branch

• +1 years of experience in similar roles

• Good Knowledge in Analog basics ( voltage dividers ,Op-Amp ,RC filters, buffers etc.)

• Good programming/logical skills especially Python programming

• Hands on experience with Instruments like Oscilloscope, Source Meter, Bench multimeters, Thermo-stream, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Supplies, Signal Generators etc.

• Good communication and documentation skills
