Office Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant (PA) to support the Director with

all backend responsibilities. You will handle daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth

operations and effective communication on behalf of the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Directors schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
• Handle emails, calls, and documents, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluency in English is required.
